Class A RV 48-Gallon Black Water Holding Tank

The RV Waste Water Holding Tank is MADE IN THE USA by Class A Customs using Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) Resin. It is designed for WASTE/GRAY WATER USE ONLY and is not suitable for fresh or drinking water. The tank features a seamless, one-piece construction with no seams to burst, and it is colored black.

The INSTALLED OUTLET is a 3" ABS Female Pipe, which cannot be moved. It is important not to over-tighten the fittings, as this can result in damage. Dump valves should not be connected directly to the 3" ABS fitting; instead, PVC or ABS piping (not included) should be used, and the dump valve (not included) should be added to the piping.

The INLET & VENT INSTALLATION is the responsibility of the end-user. Class A Customs Black Water Tanks only come with the outlet, and the user will need to determine the placement and installation of the inlet and vent, for which hardware is not included. It is crucial that the TANK MUST BE VENTED to allow air in and out during use. DO NOT PRESSURIZE TANK and do not over-tighten fittings, as this can cause damage.

The following items are NOT INCLUDED: Inlet and Vent Fittings, Additional Fittings, Hardware, Mounting Hardware, Dump Valve, and Piping. It is recommended to have a certified technician install all parts to prevent product damage and personal injury.

Before use, the tanks should be PREPARED by cleaning each one to remove any debris, scuffs, or markings from the manufacturing process.

When MOUNTING & BRACING the tank, it is essential to secure it to prevent movement and to consider the weight when loaded. DO NOT place any weight on the tank.
